      Chris De Burgh, many of you may recognize the name from his 'Lady In Red' 1980s hit; yours truly being the B-side gal that I've always been, remembers him mostly for his less famous, darker ballad, 'Don't Pay The Ferryman' (video below). Known to many as Sheena, Tanya Roberts for me will always remain as the quirky, scratchy-voiced (Barbie Benton look-alike) exotic beauty who replaced Shelley Hack in the final season of Charlie's Angels (see clip below). Last but not least and hailing all the way from the legendary Pelican State to kick things up a notch is chef Emeril Lagasse for whose tribute I've chosen Muddy Waters' hit song 'Louisiana Blues'.
